This Agreement is entered into between Mary E. Demps Scholarship Fund (MEDSF) and Elite Sports Empowerment Inc. (ESE) to establish a collaborative partnership for the Sports Outreach Program. Elite Sports Empowerment Inc. will serve as the primary operational partner for the implementation of the Mary E. Demps Sports Outreach initiatives, ensuring that all activities align with the mutual goal of empowering student-athletes. Funding sourced through this partnership will be strictly restricted to program-related costs, including but not limited to coaching, facility fees, academic supplies, and student travel. This agreement is subject to periodic review by both organizations' boards to maintain compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations and ensure maximum community impact.
